Aura Bathrooms Limited (“Aura Bathrooms”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a wholesale bathroom distributor based in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. We supply bathrooms, sanitaryware and brassware to homeowners, developers, hotels, care homes and trade customers.

Use of the website

• You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.
• We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, specifications or prices are error-free at all times.
• Product images are for illustration only. Colours, finishes and dimensions may vary slightly from the images shown.
• We may update, suspend or withdraw the website, or parts of it, at any time without notice.

Product information and availability

• Products featured on our website are subject to availability from our suppliers.
• We do not publish prices online. Pricing for every product is provided on application, through a quote request or a visit to our showroom. Some brands additionally restrict the online display of their prices as a condition of supply.
• All product specifications, dimensions and technical details are provided by the manufacturers and are given in good faith.

Enquiries, quotes and bookings

• Request a quote: Submitting a quote request does not create a contract. It is an invitation for us to provide you with a quotation.
• Book a showroom visit: Booking a showroom visit reserves a time for you to view products in person. It does not create a contract for the purchase of products.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation (usually 30 days) and are subject to confirmation of availability and prevailing supplier pricing.
• We may decline to provide a quotation or accept an order at our discretion, including where requested products are discontinued or unavailable.

Orders and acceptance

• An order is only accepted when we confirm it in writing (by email or letter). At that point a contract is formed between you and Aura Bathrooms.
• We are not obliged to accept an order and may cancel or refuse orders where there are genuine errors in pricing, product descriptions or availability.
• If we cannot supply a product, we will inform you and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund of any monies paid.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• We take care to ensure prices given in our quotations are correct. If a price is incorrect, we will contact you before proceeding and give you the option to cancel at no cost.
• For consumer purchases, payment is required in full at the time of order unless alternative arrangements are agreed.
• For trade and commercial customers, payment terms are agreed when the trade account is opened and may include deposits, staged payments or credit terms. Late payment may be subject to interest and recovery costs in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Delivery

• Delivery dates provided are estimates and are not contractual. We will keep you informed of any delays.
• Delivery costs are shown at the time of order or confirmed in your quotation.
• On delivery, please inspect the goods and sign only if the delivery is in good condition. Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery note and reported to us within 48 hours.
• Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Ownership (title) remains with us until we have received full payment.
• We deliver within the United Kingdom. For deliveries outside mainland UK, please contact us for a quotation.

Supply and installation services

• Where we provide supply and installation services, the specific scope, timetable and price will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
• You are responsible for preparing the site as agreed, including access, water and electrical isolation where relevant.
• Any additional work requested during installation will be quoted separately and agreed before it is carried out.
• Our installation work is covered by the terms agreed in your installation contract and by consumer rights where applicable.

Returns and cancellation

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers buying online or by phone have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
• To cancel, contact us at info@aurabathrooms.co.uk within the 14-day period. You are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost, and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
• Goods made to order, bespoke items and goods cut or tailored to your specification are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel.
• Goods bought in person at our showroom are not covered by the 14-day distance selling right, but our returns policy applies for faulty or damaged goods.
• If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, we will repair, replace or refund them in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Trade accounts (B2B)

• Trade accounts are available to businesses at our discretion and are subject to a separate account application.
• By opening a trade account you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business and the B2B provisions of these Terms apply.
• Trade pricing, bulk ordering and credit terms are set out in your account terms.
• We may suspend or close trade accounts where payment terms are not met or the account is used in breach of these Terms.

Liability

• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
• For consumers, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or our products and services is limited to the amount you have paid for the relevant products or services.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data, except where caused by our negligence or breach of contract.
• We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier failure, transport disruption, strikes or natural events.

Intellectual property

• All content on our website, including text, images, logos and branding, is owned by or licensed to Aura Bathrooms Limited and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Brand names and logos of third parties remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information. It forms part of these Terms and is available on our website. Please read it before submitting any enquiry or order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our website, products or services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
